Hi, I’m Lucia – a Chartered CIPD professional with 15 years’ experience in HR, and a passion for helping creative and tech companies grow sustainably, keep their best people, and build thriving cultures. I set up Emmeline HR to support ambitious start-ups and scale-ups – especially in the fast-paced tech world – who need expert HR support that’s flexible, cost-effective, and tailored to their stage of growth. I’ve led HR functions in multinational organisations and now bring that experience to businesses that want strategic, proactive support without the overhead of a full-time hire.
